Submit
Europe of Rights & Liberties invites submissions of manuscripts focusing on comparative European and international human rights policy and law for consideration by the Editors with a view to publication.
Manuscripts submitted for publication in the Editors’ Choice and Thematic sections should be between 10,000 and 15,000 words including footnotes, but shorter or longer manuscripts may be considered. Manuscripts for the Focus section should be between 7,000 to 5,000 words, but longer or shorter manuscripts may be considered. All submissions should be original work and unpublished, which includes publication online, such as on the SSRN, or in hard copy, and not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The final decision on publication rests with the Editors after manuscripts are refereed on the basis of anonymity. Changes on substantial content proposed by the referees/Editors will only be made in consultation with the author/s of the manuscript.
An abstract of no more than 150 words and four to six keywords should be included with submissions to the Editors’ Choice and Thematic sections.
Manuscripts should be anonymised by the author/sand submitted online through the journal’s Online Submission Website.
All submissions must comply with the ‘Style Guide for Authors’, which can be found here.
